Game Day Travel charges a small reservation fee at checkout for our services, leaving fans to pay the listed room rate plus tax directly to the hotel at check-in for most reservations.

The confirmed rate with the hotel is guaranteed, and in most cases should fans plans change, the reservation can be cancelled or returned to Game Day Travel for a refund of the reservation fee minus a processing charge.

All reservations will be in the fans name – on the credit card provided – and can easily be confirmed online or directly with the hotel shortly after the transaction is completed and you receive the e-mail confirmation.
